QUEENS

APRIL IS NATIONAL POETRY MONTH

Here is a poem that celebrates the diversity of the borough of Queens, NY. Written in 2016 by local resident Michael Kusen, it was originally posted on the Queens Public Library website.  In the years that followed, Michael has recited the piece at several venues in celebration of National Poetry Month.
